POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting customers with orders, managing database records, data entry, resolving customer concerns with impeccable service, and managing through stressful situations with the utmost professionalism. Must work closely with various managers and foster TEAmwork within the department. The qualified candidate must possess a strong work ethic, have high attention to detail, and superior communication skills. HOURS: Monday - Friday, noon - 9:00pm.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as back up to reception and switchboard.
  • Order Entry via various channels such as fax, mail, phone, emailed, or vendor portals with speed and accuracy into ERP system Sage.
  • Deliver world class services to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution via email, phone, and chat.
  • Review pending orders, reports, and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
  • Expected to follow proper instructions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Any customer service, call center, or related experience.
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system for data entry and/or order processing.
  • Basic Excel skills.
