Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Duties:

- Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, processing, and recording transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Support payroll management activities
- Utilize financial software to maintain accurate records
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

Experience:

- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience in corporate accounting and
- Proficiency in financial software applications
- Familiarity with Ceridian or similar payroll systems
- Ability to assist with budgeting processes
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Previous experience in account reconciliation
