Creative Project Manager - Minister of Creative Solutions

 POSITION SUMMARY

The Minister of Creative Solutions primary responsibilities are the planning, organizing, managing and executing of creative projects from initial request though completion.  For new teas, this may include leading brainstorming and strategy development, writing creative briefs and working cross functional with the Commerce TEAm to develop sales point of sale and presentations.  Strong attention to detail is essential as this Minister also proofreads all marketing materials.  In addition, this Minister will also lead the social media channel, from development of editorial calendars, managing asset creation, to creating brand partnerships with like-minded companies.  Lastly, this Minister will also assist with the planning and execution of tradeshows and events.     

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 Project Management

• Accountable for every step of the creative development process and successful, timely delivery of projects for manufacturing and sales teams.
• Collaborate on product development timelines with manufacturing, shipping, and sales team to meet pre-determined ship dates on new products.
• Manage correspondence and timelines with partners
• Ensure teams know and understand the project vision, timelines and expectations.
• Provide products or prototypes of products for photography. Attend photoshoots if needed, helping to maintain photography assets internally.
• Manage creative color rounds of approval.
• Assist with the planning and execution of market research focus groups
• Uphold internal digital file management structure, standards and process.

  Marketing

• Lead brainstorming meetings on new tea development and strategy
• Assist with the writing of creative briefs
• Compile commerce and tea presentations for embassies, ambassadors and public relations
• Assist in the strategy and project management of corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Proofread all point of sale materials and labels

 Events  

• Assist with the planning and execution of major tradeshows
• Attend major tradeshows as needed
• Manage all aspects of regional tradeshows

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years' experience in Project management or Marketing

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
