Customer Service Representative

Responsible for assisting customers with orders, managing database records, data entry, resolving customer concerns with impeccable service, and managing through stressful situations with the utmost professionalism.  Must work closely with various managers and foster TEAmwork within the department.  The qualified candidate must possess a strong work ethic, have high attention to detail, and superior communication skills. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Back up staffing on switchboard.
  • Credit Card Decline follow up – follow up with customers on orders that have been declined due to credit card decline.
  • Order Entry – enter all mailed /faxed in orders, assist with emailed orders and called in orders.
  • Back up on Whole Foods DVO Ordering System.
  • Back up on all reports – COD, gift certificates and failed orders.
  • Assist in customer return/problem calls.
  • Expected to follow proper instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Daily output to meet/exceed daily goals.
  • Manage external communications via Query and Portal.
  • Back up SPS ordering system.
  • Back up Brandwise ordering system. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+  Years Customer Service
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent attendance
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must perform work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to gain a general knowledge of computers and a working understanding of      the all TRoT ERP systems
  • Basic Excel skills

 PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED;
  • Two years of related experience

  • Attention to detail;
  • Must perform work with a sense of urgency;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Complete orders with speed and accuracy;
  • Ability to gain a general knowledge of computers and internal system;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
