Digital Marketing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and implement essential elements of our digital marketing. This position will be heavily involved in our Marketplace presence, such as Amazon, across multiple brands.  This position will benefit from working with the Minister of Information (CTO) and mentorship from the E-Commerce Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee The Republic of Tea's Amazon Marketplace presence, recommending changes based on consumer understanding, product knowledge and analytical research.
• Coordinate digital marketing strategies of the Marketplace across all brands.
• Pitch in on other programs to assist the Minister of Information (and interfacing with our vendors where applicable) in managing other aspects of digital marketing, potentially including SEO/SEM, Affiliate, Remarketing, New Customer Acquisition, Email Marketing, or other future channels.
• Develop digital marketing programs to support awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention and development of our marketplace program
• Manage and track relevant pieces of digital marketing budget aligned with overall business objectives and provide necessary reporting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or business
• 1-2 years' experience in either Email Marketing,  AdWords, or Amazon Marketing
• General understanding of common E-Commerce; KPIs, target setting and external benchmarks
• Excellent organization and strong relationship skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business, data analysis, critical thinking and interpretation skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• The following skills will be considered a plus:
• Copywriting, Analytics, SEO, Content Management Systems, Amazon (as a marketing channel)

This position will be located in St Louis with regular visits to our HQ in Nashville, IL (~50 miles away from St Louis) and some travel to our other office locations:  Novato, CA and Boston, MA.
